Construction Executive Adjuster – Senior Director Level

About the role
Our client’s market‑leading Construction & Engineering Unit is seeking a senior professional to join as a Construction Executive Adjuster at Director level. The role is primarily home‑based with regular attendance at the London City office, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex construction and engineering projects across the UK.
- Conduct technical assessments and client‑facing interactions for material damage losses.
- Provide expert advice and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Support business development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of experience as a specialist construction adjuster handling material damage losses.
- Professional qualification such as MRICS/MCIOB, MICE/MIStructE, ACILA, or equivalent technical background.
- Proven track record of senior‑level responsibility and client management.
