Construction Labourer – Banbury (Multiple Positions)

About the role

We are recruiting up to seven construction labourers for residential projects in Banbury. Both long‑term and short‑term assignments are available, giving you the flexibility to match your personal schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties on site.
• Support tradespeople and site managers as required.
• Load and unload building materials safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience on construction sites is preferred but not essential.
• Valid CSCS card if the role demands it.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
