Construction Labourer – Lee‑on‑the‑Solent

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Construction Labourer to join a leading UK construction firm on a temporary basis at a site in Lee‑on‑the‑Solent, Fareham. The position starts immediately and runs until December 2026, offering a consistent schedule of 07:30‑17:00, Monday‑Friday. The role is onsite and provides an opportunity to work within a professional construction environment while supporting a variety of trades.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with site clean‑up and general tidying to maintain a safe working area.
• Support a range of trades by moving materials, tools, and equipment as required.
• Perform basic labour tasks such as loading, unloading, and positioning supplies.
• Act as a Traffic Marshall to ensure safe vehicle and pedestrian movement on site.
• Help with routine maintenance and minor site preparations.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS card.
• Previous experience in a similar commercial construction role.
• Ability to wear and use full personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
