Construction Labourer – Oxfordshire & Wiltshire

About the role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking labourers to join our construction teams operating across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. The role supports site operations, assists tradespeople, and helps maintain a safe, efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain work areas, clear debris and set up equipment.
• Load, unload and safely move materials around the site.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling.
• Mix and prepare building materials such as concrete and mortar.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
• Maintain site cleanliness and remove hazards.

Required profile

• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid CSCS card (essential for most sites).
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
