Construction Labourer – Site Support in Swindon

About the role
Responsive Personnel are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a client’s construction team in Swindon. The role involves supporting tradespeople on site and ensuring a safe, tidy working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist tradespeople with daily tasks on the construction site.
- Move materials and equipment safely around the site.
- Load and unload deliveries and keep work areas clean and tidy.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Carry out general labour duties as directed by site management.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adhere to the required hours (Monday‑Friday, 07:00‑16:00).
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive pay of £13.50 per hour (range £13‑£14 per hour).
- Full‑time, onsite hours: 07:00‑16:00, Monday‑Friday.
