Construction Labourer – Totton (Temporary)

About the role
We are seeking a reliable construction labourer to join a busy site in Totton, Hampshire. The role begins on Monday and runs for a six‑week temporary assignment, providing essential support to the trades team. This position offers a stable schedule and a competitive hourly rate.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general labouring duties on the construction site.
- Lift and shift materials as required.
- Assist tradespeople with tasks.
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Ensure materials are stored correctly.
- Support site logistics and report any hazards to the site supervisor.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous site experience.
- Full personal protective equipment (PPE) available.
- Reliable and able to start immediately.
- Available Monday‑Friday 07:30‑16:30.
Required skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks safely.
What we offer
- £16.40 per hour (umbrella rate).
- Monday to Friday, 07:30‑16:30 schedule.
- Easy access via public transport, near Totton station.
