About the role

The Major Construction Division of an international loss adjusting practice is expanding its Construction Liability Unit. This senior, home‑based position will manage a varied portfolio of construction liability claims, primarily split between third‑party property damage and personal injury.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate construction sites and gather evidence for claim assessment.
• Handle desk‑based claims processing, including documentation and valuation.
• Manage a mix of property damage (≈70%) and personal injury (≈30%) losses.
• Collaborate with a niche national team of 5‑6 adjusters.
• Provide accurate reports and recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling construction‑related liability losses.
• Comfortable with both property damage and personal injury aspects.
• Senior liability adjusters may transition if technically competent.
• Residency within the South East of England.
• Formal qualifications such as CII preferred.
