Construction Manager – EV Infrastructure

About the role

Join M Group Energy’s EV team as a Construction Manager responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality electric‑vehicle infrastructure across the UK. You will work on site‑based projects, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring each charging station installation meets our safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel, subcontractors and site activities, acting as the main client liaison.
• Maintain and promote high standards of health, safety, environment and quality on all sites.
• Prepare and review construction phase plans, permits, RAMS and ITP quality records.
• Ensure availability of plant, tools and materials and manage utilities coordination and excavation permitting.
• Deliver daily briefs, toolbox talks and end‑of‑shift debriefs.
• Support the Contract Manager with programming, plant requirements and project handover documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to lead teams, supervise subcontractors and communicate effectively with clients.
• Willingness to travel UK‑wide and stay away from home as required.
