Construction Manager – M4 Corridor

About the role

KONE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead installation operations across the M4 Corridor, covering projects from Swindon to West London. The role is based in Basingstoke or Woking and involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, customers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Leading installation activities across multiple projects and sites.
• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Managing project delivery, resources, productivity, quality, and performance.
• Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coaching and developing installation teams.
• Identifying risks early and implementing effective solutions.
• Driving continuous improvement across the region.

Required profile

• Experience in a Construction Manager, Installation Manager, Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering projects within construction, engineering, infrastructure, lift & escalator, or other installation‑led environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Good knowledge of health and safety within construction or engineering environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
