Construction Manager – Project Based (Site Based Full Time)

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead a team of construction engineers and inspectors at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex. You will be responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality installation throughout the EPC phase while supporting day‑to‑day operational issues in a high‑hazard industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction delivery during EPC to meet cost, schedule, safety and performance targets.
• Oversee EPC contractor activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, engineering standards, company policies and HSE requirements.
• Drive cost‑effective engineering solutions that maintain constructability, operability and maintainability.
• Monitor site progress, identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Support resolution of interface and design issues throughout construction and commissioning.
• Review and validate construction progress reports and ensure robust reporting practices.
• Provide on‑site expertise during construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading construction engineers and inspectors on large‑scale EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, HSE requirements and contractual compliance.
• Ability to work effectively in a high‑hazard, industrial environment and improve performance.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for design and interface issues.
