Construction Paralegal – London

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Construction Paralegal to join our growing construction team in London. You will work alongside experienced partners and associates on a variety of contentious and non‑contentious construction matters, gaining exposure to high‑value projects across commercial, residential, infrastructure and mixed‑use sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing construction contracts, including JCT and NEC forms.
• Support adjudications, mediations and litigation, preparing bundles, chronologies and disclosure documents.
• Conduct legal research on construction and commercial law topics.
• Liaise with clients, counsel and third parties to manage case progression.
• Maintain document management systems and perform due‑diligence exercises.

Required profile

• Previous paralegal experience within a construction, litigation or commercial law team.
• Strong academic background (LLB, GDL, LPC or SQE studies).
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in construction and infrastructure law.

Required skills

• Familiarity with JCT and NEC contract templates.
• Legal research and document preparation.
