About the role
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects within the pharmaceutical sector. The role offers full autonomy, site‑based work and a clear pathway into management, supported by comprehensive training.
Key responsibilities
- Manage construction, electrical or engineering projects from inception to completion within the pharma environment.
- Maintain full autonomy over project planning, budgeting, procurement and delivery.
- Drive career progression by preparing to lead and manage a project team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction, electrical or engineering disciplines.
- Ability to work independently on site‑based projects and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

- Salary range £60,000‑£80,000 per year plus uncapped bonus.
