Construction Project Manager – Consultancy

About the role

Brandon James Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its London consultancy team. You will support a diverse portfolio of public‑sector, hotel, healthcare and residential schemes across London, Oxford and occasional European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project programmes from inception to completion.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and design teams.
• Support procurement activities and track project risks.
• Prepare progress reports and attend client meetings.
• Ensure delivery to high quality standards while adhering to budgets and schedules.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager or senior Assistant Project Manager on public‑sector, hotel, healthcare or residential projects.
• Degree in a construction‑related discipline (e.g., Construction Management, Quantity Surveying).
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or working towards one.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including occasional trips to Europe.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and project delivery processes.
• Project management expertise.
