Construction Site Manager – Commercial to Hotel Fit-Out

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Construction Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major commercial‑to‑hotel fit‑out in Central London. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site management, coordinating labour and subcontractors.
• Drive programme delivery and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Liaise with contractors, architects and quantity surveyors throughout construction.
• Represent the company at external meetings and stakeholder briefings.
• Monitor progress against milestones and produce regular reports.
• Maintain accurate site records, documentation and health & safety compliance.
• Motivate and manage site teams to maximise productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction sites.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, design and defect prevention.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in residential or hotel conversion projects is highly desirable.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and solutions‑focused attitude.
