Construction Site Technician – Labourer

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Construction Site Technicians (Labourers). You will receive full training to develop specialist skills in construction materials testing while working on diverse projects across the North West.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to construction and infrastructure sites in a company van.
• Learn and carry out testing of concrete, aggregates and asphalt.
• Accurately record and report test results.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and site teams, ensuring safety and industry standards.
• Use specialist testing equipment and technology.
• Adapt to varied daily schedules, from single‑project days to multiple site visits.

Required profile

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel across the North West.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.

Required skills

• Construction materials testing (concrete, aggregates, asphalt).
• Use of specialist testing equipment.
