About the role

Construction Site Trainer – Midlands & South. Miller Homes is seeking a Construction Site Trainer to support the training and development of Production and Site teams across the Midlands and South. The role designs and delivers training covering compliance, technical capability and personal development to improve build quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and maintain high‑quality training programmes for Production and Site teams, ensuring compliance and competency requirements are met.
• Deliver induction training modules at designated hub locations for new and existing staff.
• Organise and manage key training programmes, including site management development initiatives and Production‑focused modules.
• Conduct site visits to coach learners in their working environment, embedding learning into day‑to‑day practice.

Required profile

• Ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programmes across the full learning cycle.
• Experience delivering structured training within Construction Site Management.
• Self‑sufficient, highly motivated with excellent time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
