Construction Solicitor (1-2 PQE)

About the role
We are seeking a Construction Solicitor with 1‑2 years post‑qualification experience to join a mid‑tier law firm in Central London. The role involves handling both contentious and non‑contentious construction matters for a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Manage professional negligence claims related to construction projects.
- Advise on and litigate time and delay claims.
- Draft, review and negotiate JCT contracts.
- Prepare and oversee collateral warranties.
- Provide general legal advice on construction law issues.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE.
- Experience in both contentious and non‑contentious construction work.
- Ability to work to a reasonable billable hour target.
- Willingness to work hybrid – two days remote per week.
