Construction Solicitor – Up to £85k DOE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor to join a leading UK200 commercial law firm in Manchester. The role offers exposure to high‑value construction transactions, close client interaction, and genuine career progression within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise businesses, developers, contractors, investors and high‑net‑worth clients on a broad range of construction matters.
• Work on complex, high‑value construction transactions alongside senior lawyers.
• Maintain close client contact and contribute to the growth of the construction team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in construction law.
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, personable and ambitious with a desire to contribute to team success.

Required skills

• Construction law expertise.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice.
