Consultant – Business Change & Transformation

About the role

As a Consultant at Clarasys you will help clients deliver business change and transformation projects, primarily on‑site in London. You will work in small, collaborative teams, enjoy autonomy, and have the chance to shape the firm’s growth while developing your own career.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored business change and transformation initiatives for clients.
• Empower clients to become self‑sufficient at the end of each project.
• Work closely with client stakeholders, typically in teams of 3‑5.
• Contribute ideas to Clarasys’s development and entrepreneurial activities.
• Participate in coaching sessions, social events, and pro‑bono work.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of client‑facing consulting experience.
• Strong academic background and analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Motivation to continuously develop and take on increasing responsibility.
• Commitment to doing the right thing for clients and the community.
