Consultant – Clinical Operations (Remote, Europe)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants to help life‑science customers configure and implement eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments solutions. The role is fully remote within the EU/UK and involves translating customer requirements into solution designs, delivering training, and supporting validation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rapid configuration and implementation of Veeva Vault solutions such as eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and discuss requirements with customers.
• Guide customers toward best‑practice design decisions and document those decisions.
• Monitor Vault configuration to ensure alignment with agreed designs.
• Support customers during validation, producing required documentation.
• Deliver onsite or remote training and submit product enhancement requests based on project experience.

Required profile

• Experience working in clinical trials with knowledge of compliance considerations.
• Implementation experience on at least one of the listed Veeva solutions (eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, etc.).
• Understanding of life‑science content‑management principles and computer‑systems validation requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and strong English communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the EU or UK and ability to travel as required.

• ePharmaSolutions, PhlexEview, WingSpan, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum.
• FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, BioClinica CTMS, IMPACT CTMS, Medidata CTMS, GoBalto.
• SaaS/Cloud implementation experience.
• Demoing software applications and services delivery management.
