G2 Legal Limited, an award‑winning fee‑share boutique, is seeking experienced Consultant Partners to join its innovative legal team in London. The role is designed for senior lawyers who have built expertise in corporate, commercial, disputes, real estate, employment, or private client/wealth matters and are looking for a collaborative, non‑siloed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation across designated practice areas.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, contributing to new business development.
• Collaborate with the firm’s PR and marketing team to promote services and enhance the firm’s brand.
• Participate in firm‑wide strategic initiatives and support the growth of the fee‑share model.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with substantial experience in one or more of the listed practice areas.
• Current or previous experience as an employed, fixed‑share, or equity partner.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented culture.
