Consultant – SAP Training & Enablement

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant to join our London team, delivering SAP training and enablement for our clients. The role involves creating blended learning materials, delivering face‑to‑face and online sessions, and supporting users during early‑life support after go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a range of blended training materials, including Quick Reference Guides, work instructions and basic eLearning storyboards.
• Deliver role‑based and process‑focused training both in‑person and virtually.
• Provide post‑go‑live support to end‑users during the early‑life phase.
• Manage own delivery of specific inputs across multiple client assignments, working autonomously.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a consulting role delivering training documentation.
• Ability to work independently and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
• Must hold a sole British passport and have at least 10 years continuous UK residency (client security requirement).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of the SAP Quality Management module.
• Familiarity with SAP Enable Now and Team centre tools.
• Proven ability to create training artefacts such as Quick Reference Guides, simulations and instructor‑led material.
