About the role

Richard Nelson LLP is seeking experienced solicitors to join its national network as self‑employed consultants. The position offers full flexibility to work remotely or from the office while maintaining the support of a large, reputable firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and deliver high‑quality legal advice to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate revenue.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and firm policies.
• Collaborate with the firm’s compliance, admin, and accounts teams.

Required profile

• Senior solicitor with post‑qualification experience.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently.
• Existing client base generating at least £100,000 annual billing.
• Commitment to the firm’s values of integrity, expertise, and tenacity.
