Contact Centre Advisor – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Contact Centre Advisor to manage outpatient scheduling for Cleveland Clinic London. You will be the first point of contact for patients, collecting demographic and financial information and ensuring a smooth booking experience in a busy hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all outpatient scheduling requirements, ensuring timely and accurate bookings.
• Collect and verify demographic and financial details, liaising with insurance companies and payers for authorisations.
• Provide cost estimates to self‑pay patients, collect fees, and promote the CCL MyChart App.
• Assign incomplete bookings to the pre‑registration queue and coordinate with clinical departments to maintain correct workflows.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a healthcare setting or contact centre (essential).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word (essential).
• Outstanding customer service, communication and confidentiality skills (essential).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team (essential).
