Contact Lens Optician (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Specsavers in Bishop's Stortford as a certified Contact Lens Optician. You will help patients achieve visual freedom by fitting contact lenses and providing after‑care support in a friendly retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct contact lens fittings and perform after‑care consultations.
• Advise customers on lens options, features and benefits.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and product handling.
• Collaborate with the store team to meet sales and service targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest optical technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Valid Contact Lens Certification.
• Strong knowledge of contact lens types, materials and fitting procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with customers of all ages.
• Adaptable, motivated and able to work towards personal and business goals.
