Content and Organic Growth Manager

About the role

This senior individual‑contributor position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and is responsible for driving Cronofy’s organic pipeline. You will own discovery channels such as SEO, AI assistants and answer engines, and build a distribution engine that amplifies content across LinkedIn, newsletters and community platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SEO/AEO strategy to grow the organic pipeline and increase qualified leads.
• Design and run a distribution engine that extends content reach through social, newsletters and community channels.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code workspace) to accelerate research, drafting and analysis while maintaining editorial standards.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, customers and internal teams to turn technical knowledge into high‑quality, publishable content.
• Set quality guidelines, edit content from humans or AI, and ensure each piece meets the brand’s tone and standards.

Required profile

• Experienced writer/editor with a strong point of view and the ability to judge and improve content quality.
• Curious and comfortable interviewing engineers, recruiters and customers to extract insights.
• Data‑driven mindset, accountable to measurable pipeline targets and comfortable with ambiguity.

Required skills

• SEO / AEO expertise.
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted content tools (Claude Code workspace).
• Content editing and editorial workflow management.
