Content Creator – Social & Video Production

About the role

This newly created position is for a dynamic Content Creator who will bring brands to life through photography, video and drone footage. Working hybrid in Hampshire, you will support the marketing team by producing engaging short‑form and longer‑form content for social platforms and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form social media videos and longer‑form video pieces.
• Visit customers to capture locations, events and brand moments.
• Plan, organise and execute shoots with customers and external partners.
• Produce reactive content aligned with trends, timely moments and seasonal calendars.
• Film using mobile devices, cameras and drones as required.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure content is planned, aligned and delivered on schedule.
• Support the marketing team to keep the content pipeline full.

Required profile

• Proven experience in photography, videography or a similar content‑creation role.
• Creative, proactive mindset with a strong eye for visual quality.
• Confidence in filming and editing for various platforms and formats.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage shoots from start to finish.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel across the UK and Europe.
