Content Lead (B2B) – Global Travel Brand

About the role
We are seeking a senior Content Lead to shape and execute the global B2B content strategy for a market‑leading travel brand. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on editorial execution, supporting commercial goals across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the global B2B content strategy aligned with commercial objectives and audience needs.
- Plan and deliver content for the EMEA region across digital channels and sales‑enablement assets.
- Lead, mentor and support an international team of two Content Managers.
- Ensure brand messaging, tone of voice and editorial standards are consistent across all markets.
- Create content that guides prospects through the full customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimise content for search, AI‑powered discovery, AEO and LLM search experiences.
- Manage freelancers, agencies and external partners to produce high‑quality content at scale.
- Champion AI tools to improve content quality, efficiency and workflow.
- Establish governance, planning and prioritisation processes for content production.
- Use data and performance insights to continuously optimise content and demonstrate commercial impact.
Required profile
- Extensive experience developing and delivering B2B content strategies.
- Proven track record leading content teams within international or matrix organisations.
- Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling abilities across multiple formats.
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting demand generation, lead nurturing and sales enablement.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience establishing editorial standards, messaging frameworks and content governance.
- Knowledge of SEO, AI search, AEO and emerging content‑discovery practices.
- Confidence managing agencies, freelancers and external partners.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to juggle competing priorities across regions.

What we offer
- Salary £60,000‑£65,000 per year.
