About the role

Join a nationally recognised law firm’s specialist Contentious Probate team in Oxfordshire. You will work on high‑value inheritance and trust litigation, gaining exposure to complex disputes while receiving structured mentoring and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of contentious probate matters, including will challenges, trust litigation, and Inheritance Act claims.
• Manage your own developing caseload under the guidance of senior partners.
• Assist on more complex cases, including Court of Protection and international elements.
• Participate in networking and business‑development activities to build your professional profile.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with up to 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated experience in contentious trusts and probate matters.
• Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Organised, client‑focused and proactive about professional development.
