Continuous Improvement Champion

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Champion will work across multiple UK operational sites to drive performance, build capability and embed continuous improvement practices. You will partner with managers and supervisors to deliver training, facilitate workshops and coach teams using data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of continuous improvement programmes across operational sites.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and improvement activities.
• Coach and support managers, supervisors and operational teams.
• Assist with performance analysis and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Support site improvement plans and governance activities.
• Use data and digital tools to aid decision‑making and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across a variety of operational environments.

Required profile

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification (or working towards it).
• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial or operational environment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and problem‑solving techniques.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Good analytical ability to interpret operational data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital tools.
• Full, valid driving licence and ability to travel independently across the UK.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Desirable: engineering or technical qualification, experience delivering continuous improvement projects, experience across multiple sites, knowledge of Lean tools such as VSM, OEE, TPM, SMED, DMAIC or PDCA.
