Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

Premier Foods is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the site CI strategy at its Lifton facility. You will drive operational excellence across all areas of production, ensuring the plant meets customer demand with reliable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement Road Map aligned with operational plans.
• Design process improvements and workflow changes to sustain performance and output.
• Lead Lean and process‑improvement workshops to generate actionable ideas.
• Build relationships with operational teams to deliver CI initiatives and cost‑saving targets.
• Own change initiatives from identification through project delivery, managing governance and controls.
• Set the agenda and manage Continuous Improvement activities across the site.

Required profile

• Six Sigma qualification and proven experience with Lean tools and systems.
• Strong numerical and IT aptitude, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated analytical ability using root‑cause problem‑solving tools.
• Experience delivering OEE improvements and conducting Pareto analysis.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, core business drivers and financial analysis.
