Contract Delivery Manager

About the role

JLL is seeking a Contract Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management (FM) services for PFI/PPP and other non‑PFI contracts. You will work closely with the Account Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance, maximise revenue, and drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage FM service delivery, ensuring performance, health & safety, quality and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Project and FM Agreements, client standards, Building Bulletins and Service Output Specifications.
• Develop site‑specific policies and operational procedures aligned with company values and client requirements.
• Liaise with client representatives to maintain constructive, long‑term partnerships.
• Lead and develop staff, fostering a positive employment culture and high retention.
• Produce monthly performance reports, highlighting compliance, risks and opportunities.
• Implement risk management controls, health & safety systems and audits.
• Manage contract budgets, report P&L performance and recover aged debt.
• Act as Responsible Person for Legionella, HTM AP LV, HTM AP CP and HTM AP Ventas duties.
• Support on‑call engineers within the IFM team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing FM contracts, preferably PFI/PPP.
• Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and client standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, handle HR matters and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Excellent risk management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to produce clear, data‑driven reports for clients and senior management.
