Contract Executive – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Executive to join a growing logistics and supply chain business in Swindon. The role sits at the heart of the organisation, linking customers with operational teams to ensure contracts run smoothly and commercial objectives are met. This position offers a clear pathway towards a future Contract Manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of customer contracts.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to review commercial arrangements and productivity analysis.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing and managing contracts, including performance reviews, annual rate reviews and renewals.
• Support negotiations of terms, conditions and contract pricing.
• Build strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Act as the main link between customers and operational teams.
• Monitor service performance and customer KPIs.
• Support contract reviews and commercial discussions.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support new customer projects and growth initiatives.
• Produce reports and analyse performance data.
• Work closely with operational, finance and senior leadership teams.

Required profile

• Experience managing contractual customer relationships.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Ability to analyse information and identify solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
