About the role
AVEVA is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join its Contract Management team. The role will support sales‑related contract preparation, execution and archiving, ensuring compliance with company policies while working across the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of sales contracts, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
- Ensure all contracts follow AVEVA’s contracting guidelines, policies, protocols and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales team, Legal department and other relevant functions.
- Respond to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders promptly.
- Support Trade Compliance, credit checks, bidding, pre‑qualification and other quote‑to‑fulfilment activities.
- Facilitate contract signatures by all parties.
- Archive working papers and signed documents with appropriate metadata.
- Draft, prepare and edit documents such as NDAs, termination letters, novation letters and price escalation notices under supervision.
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commercial contracts management and administration.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
- Energetic, proactive, detail‑oriented and a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, client‑focused approach.
