Contract Manager

About the role

Fireblocks is looking for a highly motivated legal professional to partner with the in‑house legal team and the sales organisation. You will drive complex contract negotiations, project‑manage legal elements of high‑value revenue opportunities, and support AI‑driven template and contract‑management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on large commercial transactions supporting our SaaS services.
• Lead coordination of negotiations for strategic license and services agreements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring opportunities to closure.
• Develop and refine processes that improve efficiency between legal and business teams throughout the deal cycle.
• Create contract templates and advise on their implementation.
• Drive efficiencies through effective use of AI tools.
• Continuously learn new technologies, products and practice areas.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of commercial contracting and legal concepts.
• Experience at a technology company (SaaS/software) or a top‑tier law firm in a technology practice.
• Background in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or the crypto industry.
• Qualified practising lawyer not required; candidates from trainee paralegals to newly qualified lawyers are considered.
• Proven team player who partners with cross‑functional groups to solve issues and build consensus.
• Experience negotiating complex technology transactions on a global basis.
• Fastidious attention to detail in oral and written communications.
