Contract Quantity Surveyor (Tier 1 Main Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 main contractor on a major project site in White City, London. The role is a fixed‑term contract of 3‑9 months with an immediate start, offering the chance to work on a high‑profile development and strengthen your CV.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial administration: manage variations, valuations, cost reporting and related documentation with precision.
• Sub‑contractor management: act as the primary contact for subcontractors, assess on‑site progress and certify payments.
• Day‑to‑day QS duties: support the senior commercial team with ad‑hoc tasks, cost control and financial forecasting.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
• Proven track record of reliable, successful stints in previous Quantity Surveyor roles.
• Experience working with a main contractor (Tier 1 or Tier 2) handling package management and commercial administration.
• Immediate availability and ability to commute daily to White City, London.
