Key responsibilities

• Read and review construction contracts for Griffiths & Armour’s clients.
• Provide advice, assistance and recommendations based on contract analysis.
• Support client‑facing brokers with legal insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Contribute to risk‑management literature, statistics and presentation materials.
• Participate in a comprehensive training programme.

Required profile

• Solid legal expertise with relevant qualifications or experience, preferably in construction‑related matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented and disciplined when reviewing complex information.
• Professional integrity to handle sensitive and confidential data.
