Contracts Engineer – Structural/Civil (Basement Projects)

About the role

This client‑facing position involves working with an established basement contractor on residential projects across London and the Home Counties. You will visit sites, build relationships with clients and homeowners, and present technical solutions and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and develop strong client relationships.
• Prepare accurate tender proposals and clearly explain quotations.
• Deliver training on basement construction and project pricing.
• Present technical solutions and project scopes to clients.

Required profile

• Qualified Structural or Civil Engineer, or Building Surveyor.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
• Presentable and articulate with a client‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel to sites in Watford, London and the Home Counties.
