Contracts Manager - Commercial Windows

About the role

The Contracts Manager – Commercial Windows will lead the delivery of commercial new‑build window and fenestration projects across the South, with a strong focus on social housing contracts. You will balance office‑based planning with field‑based coordination to ensure projects meet schedule, budget and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and programme projects to meet detailed schedules and contractual obligations.
• Manage procurement and material reconciliation to secure best value and avoid delays.
• Brief and support site/project teams to ensure full understanding of contractual duties.
• Conduct weekly reviews of progress, budgets, resources and forward planning.
• Coordinate permanent and temporary staff in line with project needs.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven contracts‑management experience within the fenestration sector.
• Experience managing social‑housing contracts is highly advantageous.
• Ability to resolve project‑related issues professionally.
• Outgoing personality with strong written and verbal communication.
• Effective time‑management, leadership and organisational skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
