Contracts Manager – Operations (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead operational contract management for a diverse housing portfolio in London. The role focuses on turning contractual commitments into day‑to‑day service delivery, ensuring compliance and high‑quality outcomes across student, key‑worker, market‑rent and short‑term accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust contract management framework aligned with strategic objectives.
• Interpret agreements and translate them into practical operational actions.
• Monitor performance, governance and risk across all contracts.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, influencing outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on contractual, financial, legal and reputational risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational contract management within service‑led sectors such as housing, student accommodation or healthcare.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in fast‑paced, complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance, ensure compliance and deliver high‑quality services.
