About the role

Join South West Water’s 24/7 Control Room in Exeter, where you will monitor real‑time operational data and support decision‑making to keep water services running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret live operational data.
• Support effective decision‑making to maintain service continuity.
• Communicate clearly with operational teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Identify risks and contribute to performance improvements.
• Work on a rotating 24/7 shift pattern (6 days on, 4 days off).
