About the role
We are looking for empathetic individuals to review conversations between users and Ash, the AI mental‑health companion. You will help us understand what makes a dialogue supportive and effective.
Key responsibilities
- Review Ash conversations to identify what works well and what needs improvement.
- Collaborate with a small group of reviewers to define standards for “great” conversations.
Required profile
- Experience working with people (teaching, coaching, counselling, mentoring, customer support, hospitality) or a background in psychology or education.
- Strong empathy, warm, honest, confident, and attuned to others.
- Excellent written English and a curiosity about why certain responses succeed or fail.
