Conveyancer / Case Handler – Residential Property Law

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Case Handler to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. You will deliver a high‑quality client experience while ensuring transactions progress efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end residential conveyancing matters, from initial instruction to completion.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Communicate progress and updates to clients promptly.
• Collaborate with senior legal staff and external parties to resolve issues.
• Monitor deadlines and manage a busy workload independently.

Required profile

• 3–5 years post‑qualified experience or equivalent in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEX, or strong non‑qualified experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive, able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes.
• Effective client communication and case management.
