Conveyancing Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing residential conveyancing team in Farnham as a Conveyancing Executive. You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion while supporting colleagues and contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to conclusion.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to other members of the Residential Conveyancing team.
• Drive business development and networking activities to raise the firm’s profile.
• Maintain high standards of client service and legal effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in residential property conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong initiative in business development and a motivated team player.
