Conveyancing Executive – Residential Conveyancing

About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established law firm in Harborne to expand its Residential Conveyancing team. The successful candidate will take ownership of a full caseload of residential property transactions, working from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Handle transfers of equity and remortgages.
- Process new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
- Prepare legal documentation and maintain accurate case files.
Required profile
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to handle freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive, client‑focused approach.
