Conveyancing Fee Earner – Hybrid Working

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our growing property team in Gloucester. This hybrid role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload from instruction to completion while working within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new‑build transactions.
• Manage Help to Buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, deeds of variation and equity release matters.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and referrers throughout each transaction.
• Ensure all files comply with regulatory requirements and firm standards.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, team‑focused attitude.
