Conveyancing Fee Earner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our busy Residential Property team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will independently manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering high-quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build purchases, shared ownership and Right to Buy.
• Provide clear legal advice and maintain regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Prepare and review contracts, searches and other legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Use the firm’s case management system to organise files efficiently.
• Meet billing and performance targets while upholding client-care standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor.
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and a proactive commercial approach.
