Conveyancing Fee Earner / Paralegal – Chelmsford

About the role
This permanent, full‑time position is based in Chelmsford and offers a competitive salary for a motivated conveyancing professional. You will manage a full portfolio of property transactions from start to post‑completion, ensuring high‑quality service for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Handle registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold transactions, including new builds and shared ownership.
- Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy applications.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
- Maintain accurate case files and liaise with solicitors, lenders and clients throughout the conveyancing cycle.
Required profile
- Proven experience in conveyancing or a related legal environment.
- Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to work independently while delivering a high level of client service.
