Conveyancing Fee Earner / Paralegal – Essex

About the role
This permanent position is based in Westcliff‑on‑Sea and offers an experienced conveyancing professional the chance to manage a full range of property transactions from start to post‑completion.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all types of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.
- Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy applications.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
- Manage case files from inception through to post‑completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a fee earner or conveyancing assistant.
- Desire for job security and career progression within a growing firm.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality service.
