About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner/Paralegal to lead our Residential Conveyancing department. The role offers a stable, locally‑based environment where you will manage a full range of property transactions from start to post‑completion.

Key responsibilities

Handle all types of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership.
Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy transactions.
Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
Manage the conveyancing process from inception through to post‑completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
Ability to take a lead role within a small, quality‑focused team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
